🥄 How to use it
Combine 2 oz myrrh powder, 1 oz goldenseal powder, and 1/2 oz cayenne in rubbing alcohol; let steep, then apply externally to the affected area or gently over the spleen area as traditionally used.
How much: Apply externally to the affected area 1-2 times daily; not for internal use.
