1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using RemedyRank.org (the “Service”), including by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose only — not medical advice

RemedyRank provides general educational information about natural remedies and wellness practices. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and RemedyRank, its officers, contributors, moderators, or affiliates. 3. Accounts & acceptable use

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to, including but not limited to: impersonate any person or entity; misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

4. User content & license

When you submit remedies, testimonies, comments, votes, ratings, or any other content (“User Content”) to RemedyRank, you retain ownership of it. However, you grant RemedyRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, moderate, edit, adapt, and remove your User Content, in whole or in part and in any format or medium, for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Moderation decisions — including whether to approve, edit, decline, or remove any User Content — are made at our sole discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish or retain any submission.

5. Community features

RemedyRank includes community features such as votes, ratings, comments, and shared testimonies. Votes and other engagement signals may be weighted, adjusted, filtered, or discounted (for example, to reduce the effect of suspected abuse or manipulation), and may be moderated or removed at our discretion. Community content reflects individual opinions and experiences, not claims of typical results, and is not endorsed by RemedyRank simply by virtue of appearing on the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, compilations, and underlying software (but excluding User Content), is owned by RemedyRank or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content without our prior written permission.

7. Affiliate links

Some links on the Service are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Associates program. Full details are provided in our affiliate disclosure.

8. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, and remove any associated content, votes, or account information, at any time and for any reason (or no reason), at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated User Content, including votes and comments, without liability to you.

9. Disclaimers of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REMEDYRANK, ITS OFFICERS, CONTRIBUTORS, MODERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE REMEDYRANK IS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO REMEDYRANK, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RemedyRank and its officers, contributors, moderators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

In a medical emergency

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on the Service for emergencies, severe symptoms, or serious conditions.

12. Governing law
