Steep 1 teaspoon dried alfalfa leaf (blended with red raspberry leaf) in hot water for 10 minutes; drink up to 1–2 cups daily.

Why it works: Alfalfa is traditionally considered nutrient-rich, supplying vitamins and minerals, but it does not treat or prevent toxemia (preeclampsia) -- that condition needs prompt medical monitoring and care.
