🌱 What it is

Golden milk is warm plant milk (often almond, oat, or coconut) blended with turmeric, black pepper, and warming spices like cinnamon or ginger.

✨ Why it's good for you

  • Traditionally used as a warming, comforting evening drink
  • Turmeric has been studied for mild joint and inflammation support
  • May support relaxation as part of a wind-down routine

🙏 Begin with prayer

Prayer is the first remedy, not the last resort. Here is a simple prayer you are welcome to make your own:

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of rest, and for humble spices like turmeric and warm milk that bring comfort at the end of the day. Bless this simple drink to me, and grant me wisdom in how I use it. I do not lean on it to heal me — only You give true rest and strength. Guide me also to wise doctors whenever I need them, and grant me peaceful sleep tonight. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.Psalm 4:8 (KJV)
