Fennel & Ginger Tummy Tea
A gentle, warm tea with fennel seeds and ginger to settle a full or fussy stomach.
🧺 What you'll need
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, lightly crushed
- A few thin slices of fresh ginger, or a pinch of ground ginger
- 1 cup hot (not boiling) water
- A little honey, if you like it sweet

- 1Put the fennel seeds and ginger in a mug.
- 2Pour the hot water over them.
- 3Let it sit, covered, for about 7 minutes.
