Wholesome Waffles
Classic plant-based waffles made with non-dairy milk and coconut oil
🧺 What you'll need
- 2 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (may use half Whole Wheat Flour and half All-Purpose Flour)
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4-1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk (Soy, Almond etc.)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1PREHEAT waffle iron
- 2MIX together All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Coconut Sugar in a medium bowl
- 3ADD Non-Dairy Milk, Coconut Oil, and Vanilla to dry mixture and whisk until smooth (Batter will be quite thin)
- 4POUR batter into heated waffle iron
- 5COOK for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy
