Walnut Balls

Plant-based protein balls made with walnuts, breadcrumbs, and tofu

🧺 What you'll need

  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 finely chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup finely diced Onions
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Mock Chicken Seasoning or Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 (16oz) firm Tofu
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos (Bragg's)

👩‍🍳 How to make it

  1. 1MIX Breadcrumbs, Walnuts, Quick Oats, Onions, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Italian Seasoning, and Mock Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl
  2. 2BLEND Tofu, Water, and Liquid Aminos until smooth
  3. 3ADD blended tofu mixture to the dry mixture and combine well
  4. 4ROLL into balls and place on an oiled cookie sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper
  5. 5BAKE at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown
