Walnut Balls
Plant-based protein balls made with walnuts, breadcrumbs, and tofu
🧺 What you'll need
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 3/4 finely chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup finely diced Onions
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Mock Chicken Seasoning or Nutritional Yeast
- 1 (16oz) firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos (Bragg's)
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1MIX Breadcrumbs, Walnuts, Quick Oats, Onions, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Italian Seasoning, and Mock Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl
- 2BLEND Tofu, Water, and Liquid Aminos until smooth
- 3ADD blended tofu mixture to the dry mixture and combine well
- 4ROLL into balls and place on an oiled cookie sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper
- 5BAKE at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown
