Mushroom Gravy
Rich mushroom gravy made with cashews and vegetable broth
🧺 What you'll need
- 1 small can Mushrooms, with the juice
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon (Vegetable base) paste (or vegetarian beef seasoning + 1/2 tsp. salt)
- 2 cup Water
- 2/3 cup Raw Cashews (If using Non-High-Power Blender: Soak Cashews overnight or boil for 5 minutes) or 1/2 block tofu and decrease water to 1 cup
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1BLEND everything except mushrooms until smooth
- 2ADD mushrooms and blend briefly
- 3HEAT on medium-low in a pan until thick
