Green Whole-Food Pancakes
Nutritious pancakes made with spinach, bananas, and oats
🧺 What you'll need
- 2 Bananas
- 2 cups Non-dairy Milk or more
- 3 cup Rolled Oats
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2-1 tsp. Cinnamon (optional or substitute)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla (optional)
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1BLEND all ingredients together until smooth
- 2Add extra milk if batter is too thick
- 3Pour blended mixture into a large bowl
- 4HEAT non-stick skillet to Low heat
- 5POUR 1/3 cup scoops of batter onto skillet
- 6When hot bubbles start to form, flip over, browning both sides
