Green Whole-Food Pancakes

Nutritious pancakes made with spinach, bananas, and oats

🧺 What you'll need

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cups Non-dairy Milk or more
  • 3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2-1 tsp. Cinnamon (optional or substitute)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla (optional)

👩‍🍳 How to make it

  1. 1BLEND all ingredients together until smooth
  2. 2Add extra milk if batter is too thick
  3. 3Pour blended mixture into a large bowl
  4. 4HEAT non-stick skillet to Low heat
  5. 5POUR 1/3 cup scoops of batter onto skillet
  6. 6When hot bubbles start to form, flip over, browning both sides
