Gluten-Free Wholesome Waffles
Gluten-free waffles made with rolled oats, flax seed, and non-dairy milk
🧺 What you'll need
- 2 cup Rolled Oats
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
- 1/4-1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 cup or more Non-Dairy Milk (Soy, Almond etc.)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla

- 1PREHEAT waffle iron
- 2MIX together Rolled Oats, Baking Powder, Salt, Ground Flax Seed, and Coconut Sugar in a medium bowl
- 3ADD Non-Dairy Milk, Coconut Oil, and Vanilla to dry mixture and whisk until smooth (Batter should be thin)
- 4POUR batter into heated waffle iron
- 5COOK for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy
