Gluten-Free Wholesome Waffles

Gluten-free waffles made with rolled oats, flax seed, and non-dairy milk

🧺 What you'll need

  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 cup or more Non-Dairy Milk (Soy, Almond etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla

  1. 1PREHEAT waffle iron
  2. 2MIX together Rolled Oats, Baking Powder, Salt, Ground Flax Seed, and Coconut Sugar in a medium bowl
  3. 3ADD Non-Dairy Milk, Coconut Oil, and Vanilla to dry mixture and whisk until smooth (Batter should be thin)
  4. 4POUR batter into heated waffle iron
  5. 5COOK for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy
