Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Frozen creamy peanut butter mousse pie with graham cracker crust

🧺 What you'll need

  • 16 oz. firm Tofu (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cup naturally Unsweetened Peanut Butter (if using sweetened Peanut Butter cut honey in half)
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Water or more
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Store bought Graham Cracker Crust (plant based)

👩‍🍳 How to make it

  1. 1BLEND Tofu, Peanut Butter, Honey, Water, Vanilla, and Salt until smooth
  2. 2Put items in the order given so peanut butter can blend
  3. 3POUR into store bought graham cracker crust
  4. 4FREEZE overnight or for at least 6 hours
  5. 5THAW out for 10-15 minutes before serving
