Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
Frozen creamy peanut butter mousse pie with graham cracker crust
🧺 What you'll need
- 16 oz. firm Tofu (2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cup naturally Unsweetened Peanut Butter (if using sweetened Peanut Butter cut honey in half)
- 1 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Water or more
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Store bought Graham Cracker Crust (plant based)
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1BLEND Tofu, Peanut Butter, Honey, Water, Vanilla, and Salt until smooth
- 2Put items in the order given so peanut butter can blend
- 3POUR into store bought graham cracker crust
- 4FREEZE overnight or for at least 6 hours
- 5THAW out for 10-15 minutes before serving
