Chick Salad

Chickpea-based salad with herbs and mayo as a chicken salad substitute

🧺 What you'll need

  • 1 (15-ounce) can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Celery, finely minced
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Dill Weed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (OR 1-2 Tbsp. Dill Relish - Omit Dill weed and Lemon Juice)
  • 1/3 cup or more Vegenaise or plant-based Mayonnaise

  1. 1MASH chickpeas with a fork until consistency of chicken salad
  2. 2MIX all ingredients together
