Chick Salad
Chickpea-based salad with herbs and mayo as a chicken salad substitute
🧺 What you'll need
- 1 (15-ounce) can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1-2 Tbsp. Celery, finely minced
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (OR 1-2 Tbsp. Dill Relish - Omit Dill weed and Lemon Juice)
- 1/3 cup or more Vegenaise or plant-based Mayonnaise

- 1MASH chickpeas with a fork until consistency of chicken salad
- 2MIX all ingredients together
- 3CHILL
