Calming Bedtime Tea
A gentle, caffeine-free tea with chamomile and peppermint to help you unwind.
🧺 What you'll need
- 1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 teaspoon dried chamomile)
- A few fresh or dried peppermint leaves
- 1 cup hot (not boiling) water
- A little honey, if you like it sweet
