Better-than-Butter
Plant-based butter substitute made with coconut and olive oil
🧺 What you'll need
- 1 1/4 cup melted Coconut oil
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Liquid Soy Lecithin (granules will not work)
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 cup Water
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1BLEND Coconut oil, Olive oil, and Liquid Soy Lecithin on low
- 2MIX Salt and Water in measuring cup
- 3ADD slowly to blender while it is running on low
- 4Turn to medium and blend until thick
- 5POUR into containers (fit in 2 small containers)
- 6REFRIGERATE to harden
