Better-than-Butter

Plant-based butter substitute made with coconut and olive oil

🧺 What you'll need

  • 1 1/4 cup melted Coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Liquid Soy Lecithin (granules will not work)
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Water

👩‍🍳 How to make it

  1. 1BLEND Coconut oil, Olive oil, and Liquid Soy Lecithin on low
  2. 2MIX Salt and Water in measuring cup
  3. 3ADD slowly to blender while it is running on low
  4. 4Turn to medium and blend until thick
  5. 5POUR into containers (fit in 2 small containers)
  6. 6REFRIGERATE to harden
