Berry Sauce
Quick berry sauce with chia seeds for topping pancakes and waffles
🧺 What you'll need
- 3 cups Frozen Sliced Strawberries or other berry of choice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (about ½ a lemon)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/8 cup Water
- 2-3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1HEAT all ingredients, except chia seeds, on medium-low heat until bubbly
- 2ADD chia seeds and let simmer until sauce thickens
- 3MASH until desired consistency
- 4SERVE over pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal
