Berry Sauce

Quick berry sauce with chia seeds for topping pancakes and waffles

🧺 What you'll need

  • 3 cups Frozen Sliced Strawberries or other berry of choice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (about ½ a lemon)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/8 cup Water
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  1. 1HEAT all ingredients, except chia seeds, on medium-low heat until bubbly
  2. 2ADD chia seeds and let simmer until sauce thickens
  3. 3MASH until desired consistency
  4. 4SERVE over pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal
