Apple or Berry Crisp
Baked apple or berry fruit crisp with oat and pecan crumble topping
🧺 What you'll need
- 8 Apples, peeled and sliced (or 3-4 cups frozen, thawed Blueberries or Mixed Berries)
- 4 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (or Agave Nectar for berry version)
- 1/2 cup thawed, frozen apple juice concentrate (for apple) or omit for berry
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup Flour
- 4 cups Quick Oats
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Maple Syrup (for Apple Crisp) or Agave Nectar (for Berry Crisp)
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
👩🍳 How to make it
- 1COMBINE apples (or berries) with sweetener and salt, place in a 9x11 baking dish
- 2COMBINE Flour, Quick Oats, Salt, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar, and Pecans and mix well
- 3CRUMBLE prepared topping on fruit mixture
- 4BAKE at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
