Herb

Lemongrass

This bright, citrusy grass makes a light, lemony tea traditionally sipped to settle the stomach and calm the nerves.

🌱 What it is

Lemongrass is a tall, fragrant tropical grass with a fresh citrus scent and flavor, used fresh or dried in cooking and tea across many cultures.

✨ How it may help

  • Traditionally used to help settle the stomach
  • May help support a calm, relaxed feeling
  • Often enjoyed as a refreshing, caffeine-free tea
  • Traditionally used to support healthy digestion

🥄 How to use it

Steep 1 teaspoon of dried (or a few slices of fresh) lemongrass in hot water for 5–10 minutes for a light, lemony tea. Enjoy a cup or two a day, hot or iced.

⚖️ Caution

Food and tea amounts are very gentle, but the concentrated essential oil is strong and not for swallowing; avoid medicinal amounts in pregnancy.

🍃 A note from nature

A tall grass that carries the bright scent of lemon without a single lemon in sight — creation's small surprises.
