🥄 How to use it
Steep 1 teaspoon of dried (or a few slices of fresh) lemongrass in hot water for 5–10 minutes for a light, lemony tea. Enjoy a cup or two a day, hot or iced.
⚖️ Caution
Food and tea amounts are very gentle, but the concentrated essential oil is strong and not for swallowing; avoid medicinal amounts in pregnancy.
