Herb
Asian & Siberian Ginseng
Traditional energizing root tonics, taken in the morning to help ease fatigue and support the body's response to stress.
🌱 What it is
Asian ginseng and Siberian ginseng (also called eleuthero) are root herbs long valued in traditional practice as "adaptogens" — plants believed to help the body adjust to stress and fatigue. They are typically taken as capsules, teas, or tinctures made from the dried root, usually in cycles rather than continuously.

⚖️ Caution
A stimulating tonic that can disturb sleep, raise blood pressure, and cause jitteriness or headache, especially at higher doses or taken late in the day. Interacts with blood thinners, diabetes medicines, and blood-pressure medicines — not for use with blood thinners. Avoid in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children, and take a break after several weeks rather than using it continuously.
