⚖️ Caution

Amla is generally very safe and food-like, though very large amounts may loosen the stool or mildly thin the blood. Its acidity can affect sensitive teeth, so rinse your mouth after. Those on blood thinners or with very low blood pressure should use it in moderation.

🍃 A note from nature

The amla tree is considered sacred in parts of India, and its fruit is prized for staying vitamin-rich even after drying in the sun for weeks.
