Linden flower comes from the blossoms of the linden (lime) tree, gathered in early summer and dried for a mild, floral tea.

🥄 How to use it

⚖️ Caution
Very heavy, long-term use has rarely been associated with heart strain, so keep to ordinary tea amounts; those with heart conditions or on heart medication should check with a doctor, and pregnant women should avoid large medicinal doses.
